That's up to you. You can make check-in required or optional. Either way, guests receive a friendly invitation to complete check-in before arrival.
What information can I collect?
The check-in form is customizable. Standard fields include arrival time, number of guests, ID upload, and special requests. You can add or remove fields based on your needs and local regulations.
How is guest data protected?
All data is stored securely on EU servers with encryption. Access is limited to account owners and team members with appropriate permissions. Data can be exported or deleted per GDPR requirements.
