Can I respond to reviews from hejGuide?
Yes. You can reply to Airbnb and Booking.com reviews directly from your hejGuide dashboard. For Airbnb, you can also submit guest reviews with category ratings.
How does private feedback work?
After checkout, guests receive an automatic email asking for feedback. Their response is private — only visible to you. This gives you a chance to resolve issues before the guest leaves a public review.
Is review management included in all plans?
Private feedback collection is available on all plans. Platform review integration (Airbnb, Booking.com) requires the channel manager, which is available on the Starter plan and above.
