Why we built this

As a vacation rental host, you know the struggle: you need one tool to manage bookings and operations, and another to give your guests a great experience. PMS tools handle calendars and bookings but forget about the guest. Guidebook tools create beautiful guides but can't manage a single reservation.

We thought that was absurd. So we built hejGuide — one platform that does both.

Who it's for

hejGuide is built for independent hosts with 1-5 vacation rental properties. People who care about their guests, want things to run smoothly, but don't need (or want to pay for) enterprise software designed for property managers with 50+ units.

Whether you rent out a cabin in the woods, an apartment in the city, or a houseboat on the canal — hejGuide gives you the tools to run your rental professionally and give your guests an experience they'll remember.

What we believe

• One tool, not three. You shouldn't need a PMS, a guidebook app, and a check-in tool. One platform should handle it all.
• Simple doesn't mean basic. Powerful features with a clean interface. No training manual needed.
• Small hosts deserve good tools. Enterprise software isn't the answer. Purpose-built tools are.
• The guest experience matters. Happy guests leave better reviews, come back, and recommend you to others.
