Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
Are there any booking fees or commissions?
No. hejGuide never charges per-booking fees or commissions. You pay a flat monthly subscription — that's it.
How does extra listing pricing work?
Each paid plan includes 1 listing. Additional listings cost €4/month each. For example, 3 listings on the Starter plan would cost €9 + €8 = €17/month.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. No penalties, no lock-in.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), iDEAL, SEPA direct debit, and Bancontact through our payment partner Mollie.
Is VAT included in the prices?
No. All prices shown are excluding VAT. VAT is added based on your country's rate during checkout. EU businesses with a valid VAT number can apply the reverse charge mechanism.
