Is there a limit on team members?
No. All paid plans include unlimited team members at no extra cost. The free plan supports 1 additional team member.
What roles are available?
hejGuide offers predefined roles (Owner, Manager, Staff) with different permission levels. You can also enable read-only mode or no-delete mode for specific team members.
Can team members use the mobile app?
Yes. Team members can log in to the hejGuide mobile app and see their assigned tasks, bookings, and properties.
Can I assign team members to specific properties?
Yes. You can assign each team member to one or more properties. They will only see bookings, tasks, and data for the properties they're assigned to.
How do I remove a team member?
Go to Team settings in your dashboard, find the team member, and remove them. Their access is revoked immediately. All tasks and history remain in the system.
